The hotel has been completely remodeled and has a welcoming and bright style. Rooms are clean , well stocked and well decorated. They offer a full bar, restaurant and coffee bar in the mornings. If you are a coffee lover, don’t use the coffee machine in the room, make sure to place your specialty coffee order down at the bar area - it’s a mini Starbucks!
So, I left s review of my experience on Trip Advisory, and the owner responded with lies?! I am floored at how the owner would come on here a DOWNPLAY my experience! As if I was the problem?!! But I understand what this is, as a black person my feelings don't matter because clearly there was something I could've done to have a better experience according to the owner response. We had an excellent stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. Despite other hotels being fully booked, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us, which speaks volumes about their customer service. The property is newly renovated and recently reopened, and it absolutely shows. Everything feels brand new, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Beautiful hotel right off the interstate with a wonderful Bar/restaurant. Recently remodeled with inviting atmosphere. The staff are always smiling and ready to make you feel at home.
