It's started off with loud noise because it's under construction. Could not ignore. End off with me sleeping in my car and all my belongings still in the room. My room key stop working and there is no one to make a new one until 9am. So from 9pm to 9am no one can assist with making a new key. I tell the lady at the front desk when someone is available at 9am she gave me a hard time and continues to tell me my cell phone and key must have touched each other.
