Where to begin. Booked this hotel to see a show at the xfinity center. It was about 5 miles away and cost just under $300 for one night. Walked in to three employees at the desk. One employee had to tell the other two multiple times that checking people in was more important than their conversation. I paid for an internal balcony view, got a view of the outside parking lot and road instead. Calling it a balcony would be very generous, could barely fit and I am not a large human. Booked a two night (Monday and Tuesday) stay for a concert in town. Paid almost $900 for this stay. Beds were stiff. Terrible quality soap products for personal hygiene. Pool has been done forever. No complementary breakfast. Their breakfast bar to purchase food looked dirty. Display case for their pastries looked like it was in need of a wipe down. I would not recommend this for a family with young children. Only thing my family was happy with was the water pressure from the shower head.
Nice hotel clean rooms and very nice staff. Arrived around 12 and was able to check in right away. Came for a wedding and this hotel is where guest were recommended to stay at.
Rooms are nice. People seem friendly. I booked this hotel cause I thought they had a hot tub and a pool. Turns out the one in the pictures was closed preeminently and filled in 2 years ago. And the pool is down for servicing. Note to self, call the hotels before you book.
