One of the best places to get rest whenever I visit Boston. I regret staying in other place before I knew this. Wonderful stay , clean rooms, quiet areas. Loved it
Very nice hotel. We had a problem, bathroom faucet didn't get fully turned off, slow drip. Sink drained very slowly. In the morning about an inch of water all over the floor, staff alerted and came quickly. Soon obvious the towels he brought weren't enough. Returned. With mop and bucket. All fine when we returned from breakfast, except sink still draining slowly.

The location was great for my travel to different Massachusetts locations. I stayed for 4 nights. When I arrived, there was a dirty wet cloth on the bedside table and there was no coffee or tea items. I asked the person at the front desk but ended up asking the housekeeping person directly after a few hours. The next day I asked for the room to be cleaned but when I came back that evening, it wasn't. I asked again the following day and still wasn't done.
