I stayed for a couple nights while on business travel. Overall it was a good experience. Room was nice and quiet and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a little road noise nearby but it gets quite later at night. I will stay again!
Very nice hotel. Just off I95. Lots of restaurants very close by. My only gripe is that they use satellite cable and mine kept going out all week because of the rain. Other than that it was delightful stay. Btw, if you need a microwave for your room make sure you tell them as your checking in.
Customer service here is horrible. Management is horrible. They did not provide assistance with me and my son when something tragic happened. DO NOT stay here if you want to be treated fairly! Don't be fooled by the price of the rooms. The rooms are gross, full of bugs and smells like smoke. Again - customer service there stinks. Management doesn't even care! DONT STAY HERE
I feel like I was catfished by reviews and pics I read before booking this hotel. It was disgusting. The carpet in the room was stained and sticky, the shower walls were discolored and stained in patches of yellow, the sheets were scratchy, everything was beat up if u got close enough to take a good look. I thought I found a unicorn nice cheap hotel but u get what u pay for. Never again.
