UPDATE it’s been 5 days since we checked out and I never received my deposit back! They don’t answer the phone and haven’t responded to any emails I’ve sent them. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The hotel is under construction so nothing is open (pool, kitchen, breakfast, ice machine, etc). We reserved 2 rooms months in advance. We tried to check in and both of our rooms were unavailable! They said both rooms were under renovation. We never received an email nor did we receive a phone call to give us a heads up. We live several hours away, here for a concert. Terrible service and very unprofessional to not give a notice! Luckily we found a hotel near by, we got their last 2 rooms! This place does need some landscaping done but aside from that the front desk staff are professional and have great customer service skills. With getting a new GM this placed has improved immensely. The rooms are very clean and each room is inspected before any guest is allowed in. It's quiet and that allows for perfect work virtual appointments to be held in the lobby. They re working hard to make this place a remarkable place to stay! Keep up the hard work!
