Good location near Georgia Tech. Despite specific requests, they didn’t clean the rooms.
It is closed to gatech but not closed enough to take walk to because of both the distance between them and safety concerns.
I am currently staying at your Atlanta location and had an extremely unpleasant experience with a staff member named Satoya. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. She spoke to guests as if she had a chip on her shoulder, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Dear Sonesta, Your hotel at Midtown Atlanta had one of the nastiest hotel rooms I've ever had the misfortune of having to sleep in. Please consider retraining your cleaning staff. The floors were not vacuumed well. The bathtub was not cleaned well. All along the bathtub walls and caulking weren't cleaned. Someone else's hair was still on shower wall and toilet!
