The hotel & room are average. Clean, nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff, different story. Absolutely above expectations. Clarence was phenomenal. Thank you!
I’m currently staying at this location for the holiday while visiting family, and I was really looking forward to my stay. However, when I pay for a hotel, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities—starting with something as simple as a working TV. I contacted the front desk ( he was so nice ) but the staff member wasn’t able to assist due to being short-staffed, which I understand, but it was still disappointing. At this point, I’m just over it. My advice: check your room thoroughly before settling in.
If you have disabled children do not book this hotel. My kids are autistic and we were kicked out by manager Shivaughn Bobo due to the outbursts that they can’t control. Currently in the process of a lawsuit. All other employees were very nice, patient, and overall amazing
Just the experience at the front desk with the tall, light brown skinned guy with light colors eyes was horrible. He was nice with a condescending tone.
It's a descent hotel. Great if you don't wanna be far away from the Airport. The prices are economical great selection of restaurants within the area . We will definitely come again
