My stay here was pretty good. Desmond was an absolute delight! He was professional and such a sweetheart. My only issues were, one not being able to get any clean linen due to the staff being behind on laundry. The other issue was there were some minor cleaning issues. There were some stains on the wall in the bathroom that a quick wipe down could have fixed. They will cancel your reservations and demand you rebook at a higher cost . THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE !!! STAY AND YOUR CAR MAY BE BROKEN INTO STAFF DOES NOT HAVE ANY SYMPATHY OR CARE. They cannot explain why they can't afford security cameras despite charging 100s some nights ! 500 dollars to replace my trucks window ! They dont care So I faced quite a few issues with my stay at this location . Some of these issues revolve around miscommunication issues. Shuttle great and driver was very helpful but lack of staff at the desk at some key times (check out, late check in). Hotel was overbooked so I was provided a lower room, but was refunded the difference. Not the fault of the lady at the desk who was very helpful and apologetic.
