Haven’t even seen the room yet. 1 star for the stupid QR code parking. Not even for the price, but because some idiot decided to not integrate the parking into the system. Made me walk out to my car once and answer some stupid form. The reality is the franchisee isn’t getting the support from the parent company. They need help, because any four star establishment should never make their guests at checkin walk all the way out to their car after an 8 hour drive.

Rip off, booked overnight room at hotel yet charged $20 to park? That’s not advertised clearly. No locks on the bathroom door. To top it off, breakfast buffet is additional charge. Nickel and diming. EDIT: “We UnDeRsTaNd YoUr CoNcErNs BuT wIlL kEeP rIpPiNg YoU oFf” It never occurred to me that parking at your hotel would cost money-why would I check your website for that, especially if I book through a different platform? In 100% honesty, the rooms could use some updates. I stayed with one other person and we had our own rooms. 2 lamps in her room didnt work and both of our toilet paper holders were broken. We also requested bottled water to our rooms as they were out at the front desk and the guy who brought them up knocked once and then VERY QUICKLY used his master key to unlock the door and open it.
