Staff was very professional and welcoming. The receptionist Shayla went above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again.
Convenient to the airport with a shuttle service. Just a short drive to downtown Nashville. Amazing staff and clean rooms.
We were welcomed by some the classiest host! Really nice welcoming 🤗 Super comfortable beds! What a nice sleep. We loved chilling out by the pool and the outdoor lounge area.
Great customer service. Had issue with bill, which they addressed and corrected immediately.
Paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel. Got charged additional fees when I arrived at the hotel and then got charged another $75 for parking after I left the hotel. Despite the response by the hotel, their website mentioned nothing about parking or the additional fees when I booked the hotel. They mentioned nothing about it when I checked in either. Hopefully they actually update the website as they said, but for now, it's a lie. I encourage everyone to avoid this hotel. So many better places to stay in Nashville.
