I prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds for me, my boyfriend and his son through Hopper but when we arrived, the hotel didn’t have any rooms with 2 queen beds available. Kimberly from the front desk tried to give me 2 rooms with 1 bed which we declined. Then she tried to give us an upgrade with a king bed and a pull out couch that had a thin, dirty mattress. Stay away from this hotel. We showed up and they didn't habe the room available that we reserved for 2 Queen beds. They tried to give us a King Bed with a pull out and when we checked it out there were no sheets, covers or pillows with it. So we said we didn't want it. We stayed at a different hotel. The hotel won't give us a refund even though we didn't stay there and they didn't have our reserved room available. DO NOT STAY HERE! This is closer to the airport, but not easy to get to anything else. Nice hotel, friendly staff.
