Sonesta in Van Buren was the perfect stop at the end of a long day. We were greeted warmly and with all the info we needed for a good night's rest and tips for breakfast in the am (and treats for the pups too!). The beds were super comfy, and had an assortment of pillows for differing preferences. The freeway was right outside our window, but we didn't hear it at all over night or much noise from other guests. The room was so clean! The air conditioning was crispy and wonderful! There’s a cute little breakfast area with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. Plus, the coffee is from a machine that grinds the beans fresh every cup!!! The light roast is delish! We didn’t have time to swim, but the pool area outside is adorable and clean. All of that wasn’t even the best part… The owners are so kind! And they gave the best restaurant recommendations!!! Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and always greated me with a good morning and hello. Location is great if staying for a couple of days or passing thru. Right off the interstate. Local restaurants and fast food near. Would definitely stay again.
Location was a little weird. People said in other reviews you have to go through a shopping center which was true but it wasn’t too hard to find. Parking was great for our big truck. Chris at the front was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would stay here again
This is a pretty good hotel! Overall, thumbs up, Especially for the price! I do have some qualms about this place, but it would be dishonest to give it less than 5 stars. I wrote some long notes about my honest thoughts in the sectional review menu. TLDR, this was a fine expierence at a well-maintained hotel. Would easily come again.
