Great Location in Minot. Clean and quiet environment. Samantha and Mauricia are doing a great job of operating this business. The rooms are very great, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The added service of airport dropoff is a gamechanger . Upgrades for grilling and sitting area have greatly improved the experience here at Sonesta. Great job, Samantha. I'm enjoying my stay. Bed was hard as a rock, no one slept well, all woke up in pain. The reason we booked was the pool and hot tub, both were closed. Response to management, please feel free to check the mattresses in the room we had as those were the issue.
We had to change rooms 3 times upon check in because the keys were not working. Finally, we got into a room and once we returned from grocery shopping, the key was not working. It was raining all week when we stayed and every night it would rain into our room because there was a leak in the window. In total, we had to get new keys 8 times. I submitted two tickets to the Sonesta Essential website because no one was ever at the front desk.
