One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a really long time. The second you enter the building you’re hit with a moldy and marijuana smell. There’s construction walls up closing off the swimming pool and the second set of emergency exit stairs. The first room I was put in smelled so bad I went back and asked for a different room, conveniently he had a bottle of fabreeze, that will just make it smell like mold and flowers. Rooms are small ….my room doesn’t have a phone, my bathroom was dirty with someone’s bathing suit bra pads on the floor , there is soap scum on the bathtub …..on the outside ……. Parking lot is dirty has cigarette falling out the trash….because the trash cans are full some with no lids …..says it has a pool but it doesn’t ….breakfast is just eggs and bacon with no juice dollar store cereal and while your eating the night/ morning guy has the tv on south park at 6am will not be staying here
Randomly Charged my card 148.51 after a month and half after staying there.. Was told others were charged also from months before. They told me the manager is trying to figure out why people are getting charged. Terrible service. You would think the General Manager would call people to let them know something.
Currently staying here for a week. Pool and hot tub are inaccessible due to construction. Which would've been nice to know prior to booking. The hot tub would be a welcome sight due to the beds feeling like you're sleeping on sheet metal. Oh and how about that continental breakfast! The one that does absolutely the bare minimum! They can't even fix the juice and milk dispensers. I have yet to see an ice machine without an out of order sign, as well as the guest laundry that is also, you guessed it, out of order.
