I recently stayed at is Sonesta Property. Great service from the Front Desk Clerk LEE! Lee was very attentive and approachable. He went above and beyond to make my stay a better one. KUDOS to him Thank You. -Jet

Not good. Here's the list: 1.) When entering the room the ac unit was in the middle of the floor. 2.) The room door to the second room (after finding the ac unit not functional) would not close and just as hard to open. Okay for me but for and child under 12 or elderly person, they would not be able to get out in and emergency. 3.) The shower gel and shampoo was empty. 4.) There was no coffee as the coffee machine was out of order and the front desk staed they entered a ticket for repair but the expected time is ~60 days?! H... read more

My reservations were made under the assumption that the pool and hot tub were working. They are not! My room was clean but needed some maintenance on the shower. . Breakfast was about average. The laundry room is out of service as well. The gym area smelled musty and needs some sort of ventilation. I really hope this is not the standard, because I believe this company will not be able to be profitable long-term the way this place is running.
