Went to check in a few hours after checkin time and our room was not ready. Bedding was clean the ac unit was extremely dirty. Curtains were ripped. The pool and hot tub were both closed. Staff was kind.

Horrible hotel, first of all it took the guy at the front more than 15 minutes to come to the front counter just to find out he was just in office chilling, and when went to room it was cold the. Heat did not work and the bathroom fan was taped up and the pool and hot tube didn't work and was not told about it otherwise ( wasn't stated on web cite either)wouldn't of checked in cause that was one of the main reasons we came here was for pool. Location, check-in and staff were great. The room was sub-par at best. No one informed us that the heater in our room didn’t work but we found a space heater stored in the room. The bathtub didn’t drain quickly so you’re standing in a tub of water while you shower. We only received two towels in our room for four people and they informed me that they have a full house and no available towels until laundry is done in the morning. We will pass on this hotel next trip.
