I had a pleasant stay here, although I did have some concerns about the stains on the couch. However, the staff at the main desk was incredibly friendly and helpful upon our arrival.!

Grimy. Carpet is worn, elevator unreliable, furniture stained, bathtub is filthy, rooms musty. Just a gross experience.

Terrible experience, do not book a room here. There is a Holiday inn express 2 minutes away that is cheaper and much nicer. They require a $100 deposit when you get there. Room smelled like cat piss. Room was dirty. Furniture was dirty. Toilet didn’t work. Room key didn’t work. The manager had to come fix my room key after I had to go to the front desk 4 different times to try new keys. The shower was dirty, the toilet ran almost non-stop, and the adjoining room door did not lock. They said they wouldn't check anybody into the room next door because of the non-working lock but they ended up doing so. They also tried to enter the room multiple times in the morning before I checked out.

Now that this location has changed hands and brand... Eh. The staff on duty for our conference weekend worked their butts off, so kudos to them. They were friendly helpful and professional. As for the building...They have changed the signage, but that's about it. The ice makers on the 2nd floor broke several years ago and they're still broken. Yes now they have complimentary breakfast but no longer have the fakey Starbucks and lunch counter with alcohol in the evening. With this new brand now instead of just keeping your car... read more
