The room was very clean. Bed was VERY comfortable. Front desk agent, Freddy, was very kind after my 11 hour day of driving. Ample parking and easily found a convenient gas station the next morning! Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautifully designed with plenty of options for food and drink. The Gym is very well equipped and kept to a very high and clean standard. We did a trip to Agua Spa in the hotel and had the 60 minute Advanced Bodywork’s Massage which was heavenly, perfect pressure, I had the therapist Deborah whom was amazing!The hotel is beautifully designed with plenty of options for food and drink. Very good. Slept well. Ample towels, toiletries and pillows. No noise to speak of, close to everything. Only downside the fridge didn’t work and there was a weird wear stain on what was obviously a clean sheet. 24/7 coffee in lobby. Even had nice artwork, mostly.

My stay at the Sonesta was the worst stay at any hotel ever. When I arrived to the room, the bed looked like someone had taken a nap. There were no trash cans in the room.I had to ask for a trashcan. There was no ironing board or iron. The chair was ripped to pieces mold on the ceiling. The baseboards were coming loose from the walls. The coffee pot had dust all on it.
