Our room smelled so strongly of cat pee, it was rough. We were also supposed to have a balcony room, but got a "court yard" room, without being asked, and there were no balcony rooms left. Their answer to the smell was a can of great value air spray. The floor plan of the motel is great, but its poorly maintained. There was mold in my shower, the bottom mattress was stained, as well as the chair, it had multiple stains. There was a previous guests comb in between the mattress and headboard. The room and the bathroom both appeared to be in need of cleaning, and it seems the bathtub is not draining properly.

Nice clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We really like the king room setup. It's a little different. Update: the king bed we slept in was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.

Advertising as recently opened but based on condition recently opened must be a general term for within the last decade. The only good thing is the location other than that for the cost stay far away. Dirty,poorly maintained and I would not recommend.
