Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that a medical emergency is not a good enough reason for this hotel to give you a refund if it’s not 48 hours prior to your reservation. I will never be booking here again and will make sure no one I know does so either. We had stayed here prior with no issues. After overheating at the football game on Saturday (mind you I’m 37 weeks pregnant, which I told them), I’ve called multiple times to speak with a manager about what occurred and all of the employees were so friendly, until I sp... read more
Don't believe the positive reviews, this place is an absolute dump! Moldy bathrooms, old uncomfortable beds, and dirty conditions are the norm. if you like unresponsive and rude staff this is the spot for you. They're usually on their phones when you pass the front desk, and sigh and huff when you ask for towels. We would never stay here again, would rather sleep outside in a tent than this disaster. I'm convinced the positive reviews are bots or family/friends of the ownership of this hotel.
This place was filthy...!!! Really bad odor when he went into the room. The breakfast was horrible..!!! I don't even know if I call it that. staff was very rude..!!
The room was dirty and the room was hot when we got there and there was only 1 staff working and was very RUDE !!!!!! Breakfast was 🤢 nasty and the room stunk and they had a pool that was very dirty will never go back there !!!!!!!!
