Shuttle will take three calls to the hotel to get it to arrive. Receptionist will have a bunch of us waiting while she flirts and get a instagram. Bathroom fan will sound like it’s about to come out the ceiling. But the place didn’t have roaches so that’s plus. Just stay in the airport.
We were put here by United due to flight delays. The staff were unprofessional, the building was overall unkept with tiles falling apart, rotting doors, and an overwhelming musty smell in the rooms. It was ok for a free room but would not pay to stay here.
When in the Airport area of Houston, this would be you perfect choice for a hotel. Rates were fantastic, the staff were so very welcoming and pleasant. When you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a fresh clean fragrance. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a couple extra hours to lounge outside by the pool. Thank you 🙏 for the amazing stay ❤
