Refused us our reservation because we have 2 service dogs. They don't recognize the ADA.
Hotel is located in a weird spot, it was hard even with GPS. When I arrived I realized that this was not a typical sonesta suites, it was run down looking, pantry market was almost empty, and ice buckets were scarce. I took a couple of pictures but trust me it doesn't do justice to the Trainwreck that was this hotel. The room cost $70 and the pool wasnt even working. The indoor pool was closed. I had to go to a gas station to get quarters to use the laundry. There was no breakfast because the woman who does breakfast didn't show up. I told them my toilet was clogged and they handed me a plunger! We were going to see a couple of nights but changed our mind
My $100 deposit has not been returned after 20 days. No hot water. Disappointing facilities.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's conveniently located on I-10 & Hwy 6. Besides that, the area around it is pretty sketchy. I was checked into room 310 for my stay but I requested to be moved after my first night after I noticed the door latch was broken in two as if the door had been kicked in. I was relocated to room 326 but apparently that room had been unoccupied for a while because when I turned on the bathroom faucet the water came out BLACK!
