If I could give zero stars, I would. A team lead named Angie (who falsely claimed she was a manager) canceled my deposit without informing me because she assumed I hung up on her. Later it became clear she didn’t want to follow proper policy and retaliated by canceling my reservation. To cover her tracks, she lied about rooms being unavailable and even had an employee back her up. I did not look at the reviews before booking this hotel which was a mistake. It’s clear this place is a scam to rip people out of their money which is sad! When we got at this hotel we waited in line for a full hour before being talked to. In between the wait I mentioned we already booked our rooms and there was a young male employee who was dismissive and rude. They did charge a 100 dollar deposit that was not on Expedia website. I called ahead of time to see if there was a room available, the front desk receptionist confirmed. Be in mind I was 5min away from the hotel. Once I paid and showed up they now tell me there weren’t any rooms available and the payment was final for somewhere I did not stay. This is complete false advertisement just to take your money
