This place looks abandoned when you get here. The lobby is in the back of the building not the front where the “Lobby” sign is. You have to put down an $100 deposit and are greeted with room temperature mini water bottles and mints. Everything is extremely outdated, no fridge or microwave in the rooms, the bistro is non existent, they have a pool but no pool towels. The water pressure in the shower is horrible. El desayuno es pesimo, pense que era un desayuno continental y se alejo de la realidad, y jamas fueron a limpiar mi habitación😞 ni a dejarme papel de baño sin contar que el baño tenia una fuga de agua, fui a recepción y su respuesta solo fue "lo siento, no tengo otra habitación disponible" no fue ni a checar la fuga de agua definitivamente no volveria a este hotel lo unico "bueno" es que tiene el walmart a la vuelta, solo eso.
Our room was about 90 degrees!!!!!! The situation was so dire we couldn't stay for the night. The room's AC wasn't working and the maintenance/staff did NOTHING to help. Emailed the manager and haven't received a response for over a week. Don't stay there if you value your health.
First time at this location. I know hotels don’t get paid much but the gentleman Giovanni wasn't very personable at the front. Could have been a bad day for him but I wasn’t impressed with my stay. Best thing was the ice machine working but you get what you pay for the elevator definitely is a hazard so be aware.
Not my favorite Sonesta. My 1st and last visit! Kinda outdated, needs a serious upgrade‼️
