Corporate, let me tell y’all something Giovanni was AMAZING and OUTSTANDING. I hope this is a company that realizes when an employee is a valuable asset! He will take this company so far. Customer service was amazing, rooms were great, and he was very helpful and informative. Check in was also quick and easy! Will definitely be returning and after my stay i’ve also referred people here!
This is the worst hotel u could ask for. We sat in the lobby for a good 45 minutes and finally went to the fourth floor and waited in the hallways for about 30 minutes. Horrible and could not have asked for worse. Do not book a room here
