Never Stay Here!!! If I could give a zero I would . My daughter took me for a trip to San Jose for a surprise Birthday trip. This was the very first time we ever stayed at a Sonesta Es Hotel. Including 3 other family members. She reserved a 2 bedroom suite for us. She went by 4.5 star reviews on their website, but sadly if she saw other website reviews my daughter wouldn’t have booked here in the first place. Wonderful service. Affordable. Had everything we needed. Dog friendly. Well worth the price! Saved on money by eating in and entertainment at the pool and yard games.
Great place to stay when attending Shoreline Amphitheater!! Staff was very welcoming and helped with an early check in that we were very thankful for. Room was very clean and had kitchen and 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and comfortable.
My son and I just stayed there one night for a baseball tournament. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised it was so beautiful and so comfortable and just made you feel right at home. This morning we went for their breakfast and it was also good. The pool is actually heated which I was shocked and the hot tub was very clean and nice. I will for sure stay here again
