To say I'm satisfied is to say the least it's an understatement. This place was amazing! The moment we pulled in we knew this place would top every place we have stayed before in this area. Not only are staff friendly respectful n courteous but they excel in customer service. The lobby has a breakfast area that unfortunately I woke up too late for but has great menu options including chicken sausage from an actual lil restaurant in the hotel. Rude and Unprofessional Front Desk Service I just had a terrible experience at this hotel in Sunnyvale. The front desk employee named Grace was extremely rude and disrespectful during check-in. For some reason she had a nasty attitude towards me and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I can't remember the last time someone talked to me like that.
