We got a two bedroom suite. When we walked in the smell of urine was intense. The down stairs bathroom had urine all over the floor and food on it as well. The carpets were very dirty with left over food on them as well. The couch was filthy and had stab holes in it. The upstairs toilet was very poorly caulked and leaning super bad when you sat on it felt like it was going to fall over. This was one of the worst over night stays we've had around the St. Louis area. Room cleanliness just felt damp and carpet felt dirty and sticky. Property is non smoking but yet had a horrible weed smell most of the time spent in and around the room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with loft suite. Paid a premium price to make sure our family of 5 had a comfortable stay. Was described as a king bed with 2 queen suite. Fit 6 people comfortably. Was not the situation. All the suites are upstairs and no elevator access, so it is not disability friendly. So you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. The king bed is in the loft. And the showers are slippery, there is nothing that allows for traction. The beds are nothing to write home about but are not the worst I have stayed in. The kitchen has basics but our units refrigerator was not working and yes I checked the settings. RUN..... Don't book here!!!! If you had the experience I had, call corporate Sonesta Es Suites and the Attorney General, BBB. We requested a 2 bedroom. No doors on any of the rooms. The floors were nasty, dirty, filthy. The couch was covered with a cover. See pics and video. Run....I wish I would have seen the reviews prior to booking. On price line they have a 3 star. This is fradulent information. Maybe they have some rooms that are cleaned but this one was not and should have never been rented out! Money wasted. Arrived a... read more
