The staff was awful besides one lady who was nice to us. They had signs in the hotel room that said check out was at 12pm but staff was pounding on our door at 11:15 on check out day asking if we were going to be leaving soon. When I checked with the front desk I had a lady very rudely tell me that check out was at at 11 and has always been at 11. The worst thing happened when I went to finally check us out. We really wanted to like this place, however, the staff make staying there unbearable. So I am being thorough in my review so other people know what they are paying for. The guy working at night was respectful throughout our trip, but told us the wrong times for breakfast. Womderful front desk and staff. Well-managed. Nice, well-kept grounds. Diverse and friendly visitors. Feels very safe. Convenient location near I64 and Manchester Rd shopping and services. Perfect for dog-walking. Adequate but not lavish breakfast .
