Shortest hotel stay of my life! My husband and I booked here for the weekend along with our three children. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed that the room looked nothing like the photos. The carpets, walls, curtains, bathrooms all appeared dingy and outdated. We noticed visible debris on the carpets and called down to the front desk to request a vacuum cleaner. Had a suite with a king bed, couch, and a small kitchen all for myself. The bed was comfortable, but it had too many sleepers on it in the past. I should’ve slept in the middle since the two sides sloped either way. Rm 613 It was a great price.
We are in Saint Louis for my daughter’s surgery and we live four hours away. So we booked this hotel and we were greeted by a welcoming and kind man. He was super helpful and even showed us the upstairs and downstairs options. Due to the steps being a problem for her after the surgery. Ray was awesome and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Hopefully you guys get Ray to help you, like we did! He definitely helped calm our nerves. Thank you Ray!
