The shower was fantastic, the bed was pretty comfy, couch was very uncomfortable. The phone in the room didn't work,we let them know but it was not addressed. The breakfast was subpar, many options but overall disappointing.
The staff was awful besides one lady who was nice to us. They had signs in the hotel room that said check out was at 12pm but staff was pounding on our door at 11:15 on check out day asking if we were going to be leaving soon. When I checked with the front desk I had a lady very rudely tell me that check out was at at 11 and has always been at 11. The worst thing happened when I went to finally check us out.
