U get bothered here a lot the best time to leave is overnight and the staff tried to get ppl evicted and people cant mind their own business here and they dont work also how do they afford it?

Stayed in a Queen Suite for over a month wit my husband. We were constantly killing spiders in our room and also found an old half eaten apple under the lounge chair. Unfortunately my husband and I forgot to grab our marriage license and certificate that was stored in a golden frame. When I called the hotel to inquire I was told that “it was thrown away because it is NOT something of value”. No remorse and no apology. A few of the workers were good but some started trouble with the guests who are trying to mind there own business and just get out we should not have to make sure when I am paying that everything is locked at all times the neighbors a few I noticed were getting intoxicated but I cant stop that I checked literally every hour to make sure my room was locked and noticed a lady making sure her car was locked very good at all times the guests seemed confused when I went into the office but they just wanna charge you for everythin... read more

I am unsure where the 1 star reviews are coming from. I am just leaving and all I have to say is great things. I was definitely nervous about staying here because of the reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean. It was very spacious. More than enough TV’s. The beds were clean and comfortable. The check in process was super simple, and the gentleman was incredibly nice. I will definitely be coming back. I am so glad we chose to stay here!
