Clean hotel. Friendly staff. I recommend. I loved the view of the city.
My family stayed for 4 nights since it was close to downtown and included a kitchenette, which was convenient for our family. However, those benefits do not outweigh the negative experience we had during our stay. We found German cockroaches in our bathroom and the service from housekeeping and the front desk were abysmal. The room did not have extra toilet paper, so we requested twice in one night to have some sent up (since the front desk did not have any). We were assured that they would send it up.
