Memorial day weekend and the pool is not open for the season? Rooms are great. Nowhere on the website do they tell you the pool is not open. Everyone would choose a different hotel if the pool was closed. You dropped the ball and its so unacceptable. Pay the pool guy. Open the pool for guests and let us know if your going to have the pool open or not on the website in bold print. 5 stars if the guests could use the pool may 23rd. Omg not hard. Disappointed beyond. Ruined the weekend.
The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Rooms were a bit outdated but full kitchen was nice.
First and foremost, I absolutely love the sonesta suites in every city I visit, but this location truly stood out as one of my favorites. The staff was friendly, down-to-earth, professional, and provided exceptional hospitality. The suites were immaculate, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool and gym were definite highlights. A special thank you to Brooke, Briona, and Natalie for making my experience unforgettable. I truly appreciate all that you do.
I stayed here for 7 days. The property is clean and the staff was very pleasant. My first night was fine, the second night i was sleeping and my skin began to itch. Upon getting up and checking the bed i found a bedbug! I went straight to the front desk and let them know with video proof and they promptly assigned me another room! I asked to check the room before moving and they allowed me to. Once I moved I didn’t have any issues. I know the bugs aren’t the properties fault as people carry them with them.
