Rooms are great. Hallways need vacuumed. Breakfast is nice.
Todd On Night Shift was very Friendly, Helpful, Caring to anything I needed. Soft spoken, he is definitely the Epitome of the Perfect Hotel Front Desk. I hope may other get a chance to receive Service from him as he will lead this Sonates Building into a 6 out of 5 Stars. I would recommend this Hotel / Sonesta ES Suites to all my friends and I know they will receive perfect Service from Todd. Here's to hoping he gets a Raise. Cheers!
We stayed for one Sunday night in June. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and nice with a bedroom and a door separating it from the kitchen and living area. Reasonable rates. Good location, convenient to 64/US 1 and then to I-40/440. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles, not much to walk to though.
