We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My son loved that they offered free popsicles everyday. My dog appreciated the water bowl downstairs and I loved the fancy chocolate that was out for us. Most of all, it was the people working there, and the extra kindness they showed us that mattered most to me. Our room was comfortable, modern, and well equipped with kitchen supplies and all we needed to make this place our home for the week we were there.
I stayed for a month and this clean and good supportive staff and location is in very prime area and rate is also good I like it personally
Todd On Night Shift was very Friendly, Helpful, Caring to anything I needed. Soft spoken, he is definitely the Epitome of the Perfect Hotel Front Desk. I hope may other get a chance to revive Service from him as he will lead this Sonates Building into a 6 out of 5 Stars. I would recommend this Hotel / Sonesta ES Suites to all my friends and I know they will receive perfect Service from Todd. Here's to hoping he gets a Raise. Cheers!
