I Stayed at Sonesta in the First Week of August this Year, and it wasn't to bad but there is a lack of room service and the Hot water runs out very Quickly, The food Options are nice but not much, The Receptionists Mr Amil and Fatima we're absolutely Amazing and so that was a plus over everything.
We have stayed here twice now great location on I Drive
Our first post pandemic trip was to Orlando In April-May. We stayed at Sonesta ES Suites. The location was excellent. So close to everything. The suite was large. Plenty of amenities. Excellent price.
Requested a Queen was given a double. Then one of the beds smelled like urine. Zero hospitality. There’s a loud noise coming from the refrigerator every 30 mins, & the bathroom light is super loud, so there’s like a buzzing sound while the light is on. Do not stay here 🤣 the only thing good about here is location. The place smells like they don’t clean.
