I enjoy staying at this location. Always clean and good service here. They're prompt at resolving issues which are only minor to none at all
This room was a welcome friend for a rough weekend. As a grandmother traveling with 2 toddlers they loved the space to run around.
Hotel was nice. Staff was very welcoming. No one mentioned about breakfast buffet. Seen here they have one .. Location & parking situation could of been better . Parking was pretty eehh but we found other parking ..Lot next door wasnt bad at $20 daily but still Didn't know I would have to pay $200 for parking.Thats pretty ridiculous but hey .
I want to start by saying I certainly hope I have the correct Sonesta location to commend this employee. His name is Dale, and he was wearing a Metropolis work shirt. Since he was so helpful I mentioned to him I was going to be doing a review and ask him where he works. He told me he works for Sonesta hotel parking. I had to stop what I was doing today to give a huge shout out to your employee Dale.
