A great hotel especially for the price. The location is so close to Canal St and the French Quarter so we easily walked most places. The suites were larger than we thought they would be and they were well equipped with full kitchens and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and the laundry room made it easy to stay on top of our clothes during the trip.
absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I stayed for a concert, got back to the room, turned on the tv and it was broken. called the front desk immediately to report it. They still took my deposit saying i accepted the room. Im getting charged for there workers not doing there job and now im wondering how many other people are getting charged for that same tv. EVERY person i talk to is rude about it. Ill never recommend anyone stay here.
Stayed at the Sonesta ES Suites New Orleans Downtown the rooms were clean and spacious, the location was excellent, the breakfast was great. The people working the front desk were friendly and efficient. I didn't get all of their names but Glenn stands out. Friendly people, nice place to stay.
Bugs, no toilet paper when promised to bring and not in a safe area.
