Horrible. No pool as advertised. No air conditioning in our room, booked king bed but told at check in there were no king beds available, hallways dirty, plastic furniture, no kitchen dishes or cookware, only two tiny pillows, hallways reeked of marijuana, all doors propped open and gates to property open at all times of the night. Felt unsafe and filthy. Immediately got refund and changed hotels. The Hyatt was the same price with much better quality and security

The staff was very nice, but that is the only thing this place has going for it. My room had definitely not been cleaned since the last people left. The floors and shower were dirty, and it did not look like the sheets had been washed either. There was also mold in the bathroom. When I arrived there was no blanket on my bed, I went to the front desk to ask for one, and the lady went to look for one, and came back to tell me there were not any. We had an issue w our initial room and they overly accommodated us by switching room w no problem and even gave an extra night. No complaints from here make sure u ask for the handsome guy Delorianne! Thanks for the comfortable stay
