I Drove 8 hours from kansas city Mo to memphis tn. I get to hotel at 1:40am door locked sign says call number. I call number lady answer tells me I cant check into my room paid for until 9am. Memphis is dangerous place my job website listed this hotel 3 star more like 1 start me lost my money 8 hour drive for nothing.

If i could rate this hotel a negative star I would. I booked this hotel through Expedia for one night before I left for a cruise. When i get there they told me that my room wasn't ready. Which I understood because I was a few hours early. So around check in time I called to see if the room was ready. I was told by the guy at the front desk that he was busy and had to call me back. Horrible. No pool as advertised. No air conditioning in our room, booked king bed but told at check in there were no king beds available, hallways dirty, plastic furniture, no kitchen dishes or cookware, only two tiny pillows, hallways reeked of marijuana, all doors propped open and gates to property open at all times of the night. Felt unsafe and filthy. Immediately got refund and changed hotels. The Hyatt was the same price with much better quality and security
