I am always hesitant to write poor reviews and have managed to avoid doing so until now, but I have never experienced such shocking mistreatment and complete disregard for guest safety as I have with Avia Residences. I booked the stay through my corporate employee portal, and I had thoroughly researched the company and looked at policies on the site. They failed to communicate that their front desk closes at 8pm. Really great has full kitchen
If I could give it zero stars I would. We stayed here last year and this hotel was fantastic so we rebooked back in October of 2024 for Memorial Day weekend. But come around our vacation is NINE DAYS from today and we get an email that our stay is cancelled due to them switching over to long term stays because of their construction. EXCUSE ME?
