Don't let the bad reviews turn you away. We have stayed here twice with our kids and everyone has been great at accommodating our stay. Both stays were for medical reasons and the rooms were very clean. The convenience of a kitchen and full size fridge has helped us save money on eating out too. I'd say the only downfall is the laundry situation. It is not ideal and needs to pay for each load. Washer and dryer are old too, def needs updating.
