Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable, especially as a family traveling with young children. Unsanitary Conditions: During our stay, we encountered roaches in our room on three separate occasions. This alone is alarming, but it was made worse by the fact that we reported the issue immediately to the front desk and provided photo evidence, including pictures of the roach and a visibly dirty sofa. I never do reviews, but today it deserves one. We got a room that was not clean. The bed was made, but the shower and sinks weren't. I got a new room after reporting it, but it was still disgusting.
