I wouldn’t book this again from the desk giving a key to someone 1:45 am in the morning & having someone access my room with me & my children to me moving rooms left my fire stick for it to be stolen within hours . Front desk lady says the people don’t speak English so they don’t know what a fire stick Is to the smell of marjuna & cheap perfume in the elevator. House keeping never came I Been here 4 days just a horrible experience over all .
I travel all over the country for work. I'm very pleased with Sonesta. Nice clean rooms, excellent service, easy to deal with. Solid 9 on a 10 scale.
