Checked in with my family last year and I must say we have had a pleasant experience because of Marcus. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Marcus is always available to address any concern (even when he's off duty). His customer service is excellent and goes the extra mile to make us comfortable.
I have visited Sonesta of Dublin a couple of times and every time I visited, there was a warm welcoming from tye young man working in the office. I believe his name is Marcus. He was very nice and helpful when asked for different locations of places and things to do in the area. The lobby was clean. My overall visit was good but Marcus made it better. Thank you
Absolutely love this place. Been here for a year and the staff is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. Like to give a good compliment to Marcus who basically runs front desk and helps out in other areas. Hes a super good person and very helpful when I or any other guest needs something.
I rarely write reviews but I have to say thank you to the front office manager Marcus. We had a great checkin and after getting settled in our door malfunctioned. We would've had to repack and switch rooms but Marcus came and fixed it for us saving a ton of trouble. Above and beyond service for sure! So thanks again! 😊
