Fleas roaches and urine. The first issue was that there was a strong urine smell on the couches. Maybe someone or someone’s pet urinated all over the living room coffee table, chair and couch. I shown this to staff (Ceaser) and they noticed the odor as soon as they walked in. I then noticed a flea on the bed and some bug, a roach or bedbug in the sink. The manager with the last name Patel signed for a guests package and stole the package. I have been trying to assist my customer in retrieving her package for weeks and the hotel is refusing to comply. They told me today on the phone that they don't have supervisors or managers who work at the hotel. I would stay away from this hotel at all costs.
HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!! This hotel was chosen as I couldn’t find a reasonable price Airbnb that would accommodate my needs. I made the wrong decision. We had 10 ladies traveling so I decided to get the 3-two bedroom suites. When we arrived, the front of the hotel looked amazing, but upon entering it was another story. I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Sonesta Hotels in Arizona—they were clean, comfortable, and had amazing breakfast. Unfortunately, my stay at the Irving, TX location in July 2025 was the opposite. My room (103) was far from the entrance, and since I walk with a cane, I parked in the back for easier access—only to find the outdoor key card never worked.
