Upon first appearance, the hotel and room looked great. Within a couple of minutes, there was a roach crawling on the wall. I saw one ant on the kitchen counter (no biggie), but that immediately turned into an army when we put a couple of dishes in the sink and something in the tiny trash can (which is not emptied daily). We had washcloths, but no dishwashing soap. No silverware, 3 dinner plates, 2 dessert plates, 3 glasses, 4 wine glasses...you get the idea. The tv in the living room didn't work. They still did not refund the $100 they took from us. They said it will be back within 4 business days but it has been more than 2weeks. Last week when my friend called them they said we will get that by this Friday but we did not

Absolute 💯 run from this place. It stinks the rooms are disgusting couches stained by animals or people. The fold out couch was broken. Took 4 rooms to find out even acceptable to put luggage in, after driving 15 hours I just wanted somehwere to sleep refused to refund, will be talking to visa the pictures on some websites for this place aren't the terrible rooms they put people in. There are signs everywhere about what are rules only at this facility only.made by management not made by sonesta. Absolutely the worst stay ex... read more
