Crazily spacious rooms/beds for this price. A little noise but manageable. Very nice stay.

The staff, Jess, Olivia, Aaron, the cleaning crew, the fix it all crew, are just the best. They go above and beyond there duties. They do however have a horrible manager,, that’s been there two years… doesn’t care about patrons and or her staff. Constantly berates them. Gives patrons a bad time because she’s always right? Not the way to treat the guests! Sonesta corp, needs to recognize the good apples compared to the one bad apple named Ashley. She switches up payment options. This place is pretty nasty. They are more like dumpy apartments than hotel rooms. The floors are incredibly dirty and covered in stains. My socks are black after walking around for 15 minutes. The room smells like sewage. The couch is torn. The curtains are ripped and hanging off the ceiling. The lamp next to the couch wouldn't turn on. After investing, I found that the end of the cord was missing. The plug end was cut/broken off. The pictures on the official Sonesta website are not a true representation of the rooms at all.... read more

My room is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff is polite and welcoming. The location is perfect, as it is close to Crocker Park.
