Simply put the ONLY reason I’d recommend this motel is because KENT was nice! Other than that RUN!!! The entire hotel is a mess. The doors to the entry way (front desk) didn’t work. The halls were dirty (the walls, the carpet was torn and old and dirty and full of leaves and trash on the floor) we were put in the back of the hotel. To be fair, I have not stayed at this hotel, and that is why I’m writing this review. My son is currently in Navy boot camp near this location. I booked a room for my wife, daughter, and myself so we could attend his graduation. However, his entire division had their graduation date moved back by one week. When we called the hotel to request either a refund or simply to move the reservation to the new date, we were told no. If you are attending the Navy graduation I would recommend this hotel. It is an extended stay. Contact the hotel directly for reservations for better rates. The staff are very friendly. My rooms are clean. Just giving you a heads up if you need 2 beds you must asked for 2 bedrooms to get 2 queen beds. The theme of the hotel is old fashioned.
