The girl that checked us in was phenomenal so friendly!
Spent two nights here for a short recovery break from work. The atmosphere was calm and room lighting was comfortable. Room service delivered meals within the estimated time frame. Staff maintained consistent service standards.
2/28/26- about 10pm.. evidently interrupted the front desk representative's dinner time or snack break...talk about horrible customer service... i thought she was going to have a coronary when I asked if there was any availability for the evening. She was clearly bothered, condescending and dismissive. She obviously was absent the day of customer service training. We give this place a big Thumb's down.
Think a bout it before you book this hotel. The lady at the front was really rude tonight on Saturday the 28 at 10pm. I dont know her name but they need someone with better customer service and the company needs to put more money in to this place.
