It's a good price, but there's a reason for it. The rooms are pretty run down. There's an armchair that's just placed in the middle of the room and makes walking around a hassle. The carpet is awful and the sofa sleeper cushions were like cheap outdoor furniture cushions that they threw some covers on. It's like playing whack a mole trying to figure out which light switches control which lights, and to top it off, there was a bulb burnt out above the vanity. I've been to MUCH cleaner and better maintained hotels. Breakfast was decent and the rabbits outside were cute. But the sofabed was worn down and disgusting; dead insects, moth, etc and torn pieces of fiberglass insulation inside the kitchen can light fixtures; caulking in the bathroom cracked/torn, etc - I won't add more details about the room, but suffice it to say it had better days. I regret not reviewing the recent Google feedback before booking, as I relied on third-party review sites that didn't reflect the current property conditions.
