We are a dealership that sends techs to training. Our tech checked in but the hotel policy is that guests had to be 21+. We booked through booking.com. The receptionist told our tech he would let it pass because she was cute. Then our tech had a second encounter with the receptionist, he felt so compelled to say "Don't get into any trouble, you're my responsibility" followed by a wink. I stayed here about a week ago and I have to say... what stay it was. From the beginning the front desk staff was truly remarkable... Smiling, friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Perhaps one of the best front desks I've seen in quite sometime. the Cleanliness of the room was superb. It's like an apartment, you walk in and the living room is spotless, the kitchen and the room / bathroom. It truly felt like home. While commissionable rates are offered, follow-through on travel advisor commissions has been inconsistent.
Very great stay. Front desk was nice as well. Lady and morning paul was super helpful. Will come and stay again
**Note after my post, the management reached out to be and apologized and compensated me. It is new management and they are in transition and doing renovations and appreciated my feedback. Extremely disappointed. The TV was not working one did not have a remote it was old on the third floor no elevator horrible service old stinky and not worth the money that was charged overpriced and would never stay there again. Hope this helps others. Would have switched hotels however everything was booked and we had no other way of stay... read more
