Service was great. Front desk was very friendly. 2 stars is for the rooms and atmosphere. Room was filthy. Very dirty and had a horrible smell. Photos are very deceiving from online and in person. Drugs in the parking lot, marijuana smells, also to mention how pest control was driving around the lot.
5/5 from us, clean rooms (they clean weekly if you have a truly extended stay), full rooms with separate bathrooms, tubs, full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, some kitchenware (pots, pans, silverware), and friendly and accommodating service, like when we lost a keycard or had to extend our stay or change the cleaning service from one day to another. Everyone from the manager to all the front desk attendants were stellar. Made our lives easier during a home nightmare with renovations and issues. Thank you!
The front desk representative was nice, but the room was outdated (furniture was broke and dirty, carpet was not clean) our lock on the main didnt work, certain tv channels didn't work, old food left in the freezer from a prior guest. It was okay but I would not stay at this hotel again.
Great stay. Excellent service! The manager, Saleem, was very helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. 10/10 I recommend staying here!
