My mom and I are both born and raised right here in Charlottesville, but after our home unexpectedly flooded, we found ourselves needing somewhere to stay on short notice. Dog friendly, adjacent to a Kroger store, equipped with cooking gear, grills, fridge, and as Keurig, I felt at home.
I came here with a very happy mood. Till the last day breakfast time I was totally upset by the lady who works there. I kept greeting her but she has hostile attitude towards me, didn’t respond my greeting with a long nasty face, which is not acceptable. She might have her personal issues but it should not bring to customers. Another thing is I never seen any hotels that doesn’t clean room daily.
