The positives: The staff were very nice. The area around the hotel was quiet and the room itself was quiet as well. The negatives: The hotel in general could use a lot of updates. It seems old and worn down. The room needed a deep cleaning. There were stains on the bed skirt and crumbs on the floor of the kitchenette.
Only cleans the room once a week, sometimes they don't even clean the room. Sometimes you have to go get your towels and stuff for yourself.
Booked a room only for about 9 hours until my greyhound bus came, asked to check in 3 hours early and still was charged an extra 20 for early check in. Front desk was professional and nice. The room was decent, shower had hair in it & there was no trash bags or even a trash can in the room, and also found a big cockroach the moment I entered the room.
