Booked a room only for about 9 hours until my greyhound bus came, asked to check in 3 hours early and still was charged an extra 20 for early check in. Front desk was professional and nice. The room was decent, shower had hair in it & there was no trash bags or even a trash can in the room, and also found a big cockroach the moment I entered the room.
After reading both the review and the owner’s reply, I’ve decided I will not be booking here. The response from the owner shows zero accountability and instead shifts blame back onto the guest instead of acknowledging the issues or offering a genuine solution. Professionalism includes taking responsibility, not dismissing concerns. This interaction alone tells me everything I need to know.
Attempted to stay in one of there suites checked in around 4pm , around 7pm was sitting on couch watching TV when I was joined by a cockroach climbing up the wall beside me. I packed my stuff and went to front desk and asked for a refund and left the property
