The Sonesta ES Suites in Charleston provided everything that I needed for one night and then some. Although it is a rebranded Residence Inn property, it wears the Sonesta name badge quite well. The second I walked into the building, I immediately felt welcomed by the modern atmosphere and amazing front desk receptionists. We stayed here for two nights. Cindy was friendly and helpful at check-in. The nighttime manager, Phil, was rude and disrespectful to us. At least the room was clean. We'll find another hotel next time.
I recently stayed at the Sonesta ES Suite in Charleston, West Virginia, and overall, it was a great experience. The customer service was fantastic—check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful in finding my room. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet, offering plenty of privacy. However, I did have a couple of concerns.
