First off let me say I booked via air b&b. Which management or whoever needs to update because it's a bit confusing. I was informed that I wouldn't have any access to amenities, linen etc which is not accurate , I had access to everything including breakfast which is a plus!. No instructions on how to check in like normal air b&bs. My feelings are conflicting and i didn't wanted to be the first person reviewing there due to honesty . this place is a joke. a complete joke. their staff are server rude they hang up on you and ignore your calls when trying to get a refund. they’re severely sickening. and can’t give me a boss phone number or name? terrible customer service. and they should make sure to ask for an id when your booking so nobody runs into this issue of having to be “21”. It was very nice. We used booking.com to reserve the room but there was a problem with the site; so the hotel gave us the booking.com price. The staff were very nice and helpful.
