Not happy with the entire experience. When we checked in, we found out the Pool was Closed, which was extremely disappointing because it was actually the only reason we switch from the Air BNB we had perviously booked. The room it self was okay, but we immediately found a single sock and a winter hat, that was left from the last guest, which of course led us to believe the room had not been properly cleaned, The bathroom had a funky smell, and the tube had black mold around the edge. This place is very misleading what you see online is not what you get also had someone three am partying outside of my room someone was thrown thru my door zero of zero bedding was stained pool is not open beagles for the breakfast was hard and my tv did not work my heater every time it kicked on was so loud it would wake you

I’ve been putting off writing this review in hopes that maybe the manager (after multiple attempts to reach them) would finally get back to me. The assistant manager even told me late last month that the manager would call me back. Hotels.com also tried reaching out to get me a refund and it was denied. We checked in on December 6, 2025 and checked out December 7, 2025. Vacation turned Deathtrap First off we started great. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. We noticed the loft suite is bigger than expected, and we were down a couple people due to plans changing, so we downgraded one of the rooms to a king and she was very accommodating and helpful. First off let me say I booked via air b&b. Which management or whoever needs to update because it's a bit confusing. I was informed that I wouldn't have any access to amenities, linen etc which is not accurate , I had access to everything including breakfast which is a plus!. No instructions on how to check in like normal air b&bs. My feelings are conflicting and i didn't wanted to be the first person reviewing there due to honesty .
