As my husband and I arrived and were in the kitchen unloading our things, we noticed a good size patch of black mold growing in the kitchen above the doorway. It was about 6 inches long.

This location does not live up to the Sonesta name at all. Stay elsewhere, with hotels right around the corner offering similar rates. Starting with the positives - the front desk staff I interacted with were kind and helpful to the best extent they could be. The renovated rooms have very presentable furnishings and strong potential. The location is great, a short drive to the main city and right off the highway for any more distant plans. Sadly, pretty much all other aspects of this Sonesta are struggling or completely fail... read more

This hotel has potential but the state is ridiculous! They should either shut down and repair or put effort into a good renovation. They seem short-staffed with housekeeping, which is crazy for a huge property like that. Room was passable but was it worth what I spent, not really.. It’s quiet and accessible (which is why I didn’t have a 1-star) and the staff is wonderful at the desk. I think the main lady who helped me is neesha , she was so patient and a good conversationalist. But Yh management do better
