Absolutely rude front desk staff. The woman was clearly not busy when I came in, yet she ignored that I was there. The man that appeared did exactly the same, did not greet nor acknowledge that I was there. They seemed preoccupied on the computer as I stood there in front of them for well over 8 minutes. Poor customer service and rude staff after they finally did "see" me. Parking lot filthy,as was the hotel lobby. There are other places to go nearby bypass this location. I certainly will
I came here for a few days for apartment hunting and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My favorite aspect of the hotel is the hospitality of the Caribbean staff member, Peter, who overlooked the free breakfast during my stay. Every time I was looking for something, he would immediately ask if I needed help (even though he didn’t need to). I was also alone every morning and he came up to engage in small conversation. it was so wholesome and made my stay.
