Horrible, roaches, rats, black mold and security and staff that will steal from you. Staff treats tenants disrespectfully, lie, steal, threaten, Intimidate and the whole place is a corrupt surreal hellhole, dangerous, hostile, and overall just not a good place, security is going to hurt someone and staff hand picks tenants and kicks people out by force intimidation and bribery even when rent is paid. Unfortunately because the location is wonderful.
This location has lots of issues one of the biggest issues were fleas roaches spiders which I had to exterminate myself clean and wash all of my belongings every time I bombed and they have evicted 80 year old people 90 year old people don't care who it is they want so they can I don't know what they're going to do what the border of inspections have came
While a bit pricey these units are very cool. They have character.
