We stayed for a week in June 2026. We arrived late and checked into our room. The room was pretty clean. They have a fully furnished kitchen. It was amazing. Full stove with an oven. Front desk had one lovely woman named Justine (?). She was so friendly and helpful. We went to use pool and then discovered pool was closed for season. There is no sign posted informing you of this fact. Breakfast hours changed, 7 am to 9 am. Laundry is not free, 4 dollars to wash and dryer load. Horrible service - the receptionist was rude with even giving towels, they want us to carry dirty towels to another building to get fresh towels in the middle of the night. Rooms smell like sweat and dirty carpets with bad odor in bedroom. Heavily don’t recommend the rooms and hope the management teaches the staff some manners as part of their onboarding. Disappointed.

The older lady at the front desk with the Gray blondish-hair is so rude and unprofessional, I have stayed at this Sonesta location a few different times when I come to Georgia and I always request to stay on the third floor, but they didn’t have any rooms on the third floor so I’ll take what’s available which is the first floor . I booked my stay for three days and I wanted to extend it for another three days.
