Tvs in the rooms dont work. Forget about calling the front desk they wont answer. The room im in has a smell. The refrigerator looks as if it has taken a shot gun round to the face of it.

I checked into the hotel at 11 pm on 6/16. They asked me for $100 charge for incidentals, which is on the high side. The 2 star review isn’t for their higher than usual charge for incidentals, it’s for the rude service by the woman who beat on the door at 11:20 am and her rude tone and behavior. I went down and turned in my keys and she charged me a late check out fee and continued with her pompous attitude. Google needs 0 stars for individuals like the woman in Alpharetta. Don’t know where to start. From terrible customer service which does not exist, to lack of first aid kit, to painfully uncomfortable sleeper couch, to having no extra pillows or sheets or towels. This place is absolutely terrible in every possible way. Never coming back here again.

The place was clean, but a bit older and it's starting to show. That said, it worked great for our family since we needed to sleep 5, we had separate rooms for my wife and me, the girls had their own room, and my son had the pull out couch in the common room. There was a kitchenette, but we didn't use it. The place itself is very quiet, next to a dead mall, but again worked well for us.
