Room was dirty with roaches. Staff at reception were not ready accept any of our request and fulfill. They are trained to say a big NO for anything we request. When I say there were roaches, they said that they would send someone,but no one visited.
This hotel is gross. The carpets and walls are filthy. The elevator doesn’t work. It stinks. 😷 The reviews are true…it’s a dump. My shower was dirty upon arrival. It’s cheap for a reason.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I stayed at Sonesta Northpoint from February until October 1, 2025, for work. My assignment runs until February 2026, but I could no longer tolerate staying here because of the environment created by management. The general manager, Gwen, and assistant manager, Romessia, were consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Their lack of professionalism set the tone for the entire property. Our check in and stay was ok. The room was ok. It was old and dark and the smell of the hotel is very toxic with whatever air fresheners they are using to mask the real smell. It’s almost sickening. Extremely filthy rooms. Moldy smell and dirty furniture. It was so bad that I checked out immediately after checking in despite loosing all the money for four nights I paid upfront. The reception lied that they’d refund rest of the nights except the first, but did not. Avoid this place.
