Extremely filthy rooms. Moldy smell and dirty furniture. It was so bad that I checked out immediately after checking in despite loosing all the money for four nights I paid upfront. The reception lied that they’d refund rest of the nights except the first, but did not. Avoid this place.
The room was really nice. The shower floor was a bit dirty. The staff was really friendly.
Overall, it was a pretty big pleasant to stay in this extended. Stay through hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy, but it's located in a high retail area.
I would give this hotel a 10/10. After I booked, I saw these reviews and I was shocked to read so many negative ones. None of them were true for us. This is a very nice and accommodating hotel in a safe and nice area. So many walkable restaurants and stores (even in the July heat) The pool was amazing and we canceled plans one full day just to hang out at the pool during our stay. The breakfast was incredible. We didn’t see a single bug anywhere. I would stay here again if I was in this area.
