"My recent stay was defined by a complete failure of basic hospitality standards. The air conditioning was non-functional, leaving the room at an unbearable temperature. Most concerning, however, was the manager's conduct; he was dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional when I attempted to resolve the issue. Due to the uninhabitable conditions and hostile service, I cannot recommend this establishment.
Front desk, Elias was so friendly and professional. He did a great job when checking in, quick and helpful.
