Clean rooms. Rooftop pool is nice, slightly dated rooms but it's located close to the 16th street free bus so super handy
There was a chair lift for people unable to enter on their own, I loved that!!
Horrible experience. We stayed at several Sonesta hotels, and usually had a wonderful experience. This, however, has been absolutely abysmal from the beginning. The customer service is non-existent. Front desk is rude and pretty much ruined our experience here. The bed sheets had a big yellow stain on them when we finally got into our room. We had to change rooms 3 times because they couldn’t understand what they were doing. Rooms are small, especially corner units. All in all, would not recommend and will not return.
Came in town to catch a Rockies game for my birthday and I had a decent stay but I wasn’t a fan on the $250 incidentals when most hotels take out $50-100 at the most and paying $27 for a basic Hampton inn breakfast. But the hotel was real convient getting around downtown Denver
