I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel. Upon arrival, I was shocked at the condition of my room. The sheets were visibly mold-infested and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable for any standard of hospitality. It is extremely concerning that management allowed a guest room in this condition to be rented out at all. Health and safety should never be compromised, yet this room posed a serious risk. This hotel has very concerning underlying issues that imply a lack of attention to detail on cleanliness. I have stayed here multiple times and have to switch rooms more often than not. Sometimes I get rooms with mold on the ceilings, sometimes the sheets are not clean. It is not good when you need a good place to rest and rejuvenate.

I am extremely disappointed. Upon checking into my first room, I found the bed sheets to be moldy and stained completely unacceptable for any guest room. I went to the front desk, and while they moved me to another room, the exact same issue was present there as well. We then asked for fresh sheets, only to receive more that were also moldy. I had a great 4 night stay here recently and I absolutely loved it. It's near the airport with a shuttle to and from the hotel. The room was great and the staff was super friendly. Next time I visit Chicago I'm definitely staying here again.

Super easy to get there. Take the ATS train to the rental car center and walk about 5 mins. The hotel does have a shuttle but we arrived after midnight.
