I have stayed at this hotel before and everything was fabulous. So, when I had to come back to Chicago I chose to stay at this hotel. Well, I was not pleased with the service from the front desk this time. There were several issues. The shower curtain was hung up incorrectly, the bed wasn’t made, there was trash still in the trash cans. We had to use all the towels to clean up the water from the shower curtain not being hung up correctly. Loved our room ,beds were super comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. the hotel was very nice,clean and welcoming. Staff was amazing

Overall, this hotel is one of the more affordable options near the airport, and it is fairly clean. However, there are some important downsides worth mentioning. The bedding — especially the pillows — could definitely be of better quality. Honestly, they felt comparable to what you might expect from a very cheap roadside motel. The biggest issue was parking. We had an overnight layover at OHare and stayed the night at the Sonesta. The hotel has large spacious rooms with separate bedrooms and a wet bar. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We did not have time to check out the restaurant.
