I booked a room on 8/7 which was a deluxe king room. I had a work event on 9/15 and 16. When I went to check in I was given a room key. I walked in the room and I began looking for the bed. All I saw was a sofa bed. Obviously the bed must be behind a hidden door! So I called the front desk and said, “I know this may sound crazy but is there a bed in the room?” The female that answered said, “Oh, Housekeeping didn’t make up the bed” Confused, I asked- “Where’s the bed?” She responded- “Oh, housekeeping didn’t make up the bed!... read more

My room was clean, comfortable, and contemporary. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was courteous and went the extra mile when I had a special request. Meeting rooms were cozy. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Located in Bee Cave next to a large upscale shopping center.

Everything about the hotel was great, the staff were wonderful and the location was perfect. However, I was shocked when I got to my room. It felt more like a closet than a guest room, which I could have overlooked since I don’t need a lot of space. What I couldn’t overlook was the bed, or rather, the lack of one. Instead of a proper bed, there was a pull-out couch with a rock-hard mattress. To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t even provide proper bedding; all that was on it was a single sheet. Enjoyed our stay; the service desk partner, Timothy was exceptionally helpful. The top floor restaurant and bar had a lively atmosphere. Definitely returning.
