Ooof. This hotel is listed on Google as a four star hotel and it is not. Other places it is listed as a three star hotel… that I can maybe see. They want to be four star hotel through up charges like for breakfast, destination and parking but customer service and the condition of this hotel do not meet four stars. We stayed at both a Drury amd a residence inn previously in a better location, paid less and had a far superior experience. I had a peaceful stay at this hotel for a few days. The manager, Silvia, is very professional and attentive to the guests' needs. During breakfast, I was welcomed by Yulimar, who gave me her full attention, explaining everything from how the buffet works to the quality of the oatmeal and sugar-free fiber options. Excellent service and impeccable hospitality.

First off I don’t understand why you have to pay for parking here. They have their own parking lot. The room was hot and stuffy. A big reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and it was closed the time I was there and couldn’t even use it. There was nothing on the website that said it was going to be closed. For the price of this hotel it’s not worth it at all, I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff was nice
