Sondra is so great about always sharing all the latest home market trends on her social media accounts. I follow her to stay up to date and keep informed. Although I’m not currently in the market for selling or buying a home YET, I know I will be seeking her advice when that time comes, as I can tell she is a very dedicated and efficient realtor. Sondra is hands down the best Real Estate agent we have ever had. She went above and beyond many times over. Just closed today on our Condo and couldn’t be more delighted with her service. We sold our house in Indian Palms and needed to rent for 6 months. Sondra had a property for rent and this is how we ended up meeting her. We had to deal with 6 different real agents during the process and Sondra was hands down the best of the bunch. And this included Agents who are "award winning" and promote themselves as being the best. This was our first time selling in California and a lot of questions and stress came with the sale.
