They're a rip off. Advise against.
I had scheduled a telehealth intake and this intake session therapist didn't show up until an over half an hour later and we decided it best rescheduled so I would have the full time. Then the on the rescheduled session, the therapist didn't show up. Still waiting 30 minutes for someone to tell me something. *Edit* I did receive an email stating that my appointment was cancelled due to an emergency 4 minutes before scheduled appointment. I understand emergency's happen but it's very frustrating.
