It exceeded our expectation. Staff team was so friendly and helpful. The location was great; close to restaurants, shops, English Bay beach, walkable to downtown, even to Kitsilano. The room came with furnitures, a kitchen including cookwares and utensils, a big fridge, etc. The hotel offers all the things you need for a stay and is generous with fresh towels, unlike most apartment-like hotels. We, 3 Generations travelled from Cape Breton, NS & it was a time for my Sister's PhD Graduation at Simon Fraser. She recommended to stay in this area, I took her advice & I must say, she's pretty smart. We felt safe, welcomed to stay at this trendy hotel! Staff was amazing, rooms were superb & absolutely breathtaking view & experience to see the Sunset @Sunset
Drove up from WA State for the FIFA World Cup Game, and was sent an access code to the gated parking and room. We pulled in, parked, headed straight up to our room within minutes. The apartment (because you can't call it a room) was just that, studio, with full kitchen (with dishes & utensils), living room with full Roku TV and balcony overlooking the city.
