Great stay for first 3 nights on Canadian road trip. Apartment was huge and full of everything that was needed. Good location with nearby food and drink places in minutes walking distance, especially handy after arriving on late night flight and just wanting to grab something quick. Parking is quite tight to get in/out of as is down a back road to the rear of the building, thankfully it wasn’t at full capacity when I stayed so this gave extra room for manoeuvre, but can imagine this would be hard when it is full.
I didn't have the negative experience of many of the other reviews. The furniture in my room was new and it had obviously been renovated recently, however there were signs the renovation was done quick and cheap (bubbles in wallpaper, old surfaces roughly repainted, baseboards in the bathroom were in poor condition) which means that the property will need quite a bit of ongoing maintenance as guests begin to create wear-and-tear. Great, if you are looking for somewhere to stay near ride city/downtown. This place is so good nice and close to great cafes and easily walk able to most areas. Public transport to get you to and from as well. Fabulous
