I really enjoyed my stay here! The purpose of my stay was business related but I think this is a great location for people visiting Nashville. The suite felt clean and I really enjoyed the kitchenette. Only downside was the road at night was a little noisy and the walls were a little thin. Thank you for the hand written letter to welcome me into the room, it was very appreciated! I’d definitely stay here again if I returned to Nashville.
Nice addition by Marriott. These are basic but very well appointed rooms. Everything works and everything necessary is here. Like an upscale version of an Airbnb. Very good value for money in a town that can be extremely expensive.
Travelers BE AWARE: They canceled our reservation on the day of. Not acceptable!
My family and I have been at the 21st location since Saturday.. As for most families internet and television are a MUST .. when we arrived late Saturday night we realized that the WiFi was not working.. My wife immediately messaged a virtual advisor.. we were told that “certain” parts of the building were without service , and they were working towards fixing it ..
