Worst check in process ever. ok place (not a hotel), no fitness center.
I booked a room at the Score a YEAR in advance to ensure that we had the accommodation we wanted for our visit to Nashville, at a price we can afford. Nearly 8 months later and only two months before our trip they cancelled our room and gave no explanation. We had already sent over our passport details etc The impact this has had on our trip has been HUGE! This is very unprofessional behaviour. I
My husband and I really enjoyed this place. Well within walking distance to Broadway. Cute little quaint unassuming place. Wish we had taken pics but believe me a great place to stay. When staying use the Public Library parking it’s only $20 a day and you can park overnight. We stayed in a studio room which was spacious. Had full appliances in the kitchen and had in room washer and dryer. Would full on stay here again!!
We booked a 2-night stay at Sonder while in town visiting family. Our problems and dissatisfaction with the property started almost immediately: 1) After we booked the room/suite, my fiancée received an email instructing us to verify our reservation through an app, which had several functionality errors (hanging, poor UX, no option to actually “verify” our reservation) and thus gave us concerns about the legitimacy of the company. 2) We tried to use the app, as directed, to check in early so that I could take a zoom call, bu... read more
Very Dirty, but great location if you enjoy short walks to all activities. This place could be great of they take time to clean between guests.
