Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Appartement. Die Aussicht war schön und es ist gut gelegen. Alles nötige war da und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check In war einfach gestaltet.
Stay away from Sonder as a whole. The whole experience has been a nightmare from the start. The code to get into our room was wrong and it took them an hour to send us the correct code. There’s no one on site to support. There has been noise issues. The app doesn’t work at all. Their customer service is non existent and has ended calls midway through. Find a serious hotel provider and avoid this whole debacle of an organization.
I booked and paid for the apartment 4 months in advance. It was cancelled 3 days before my stay due to system overbooking. This is an unbelievable archaic booking system if you cannot be notified earlier of over bookings and are left scrambling for a last minute and now overpriced stay elsewhere. You can no longer trust the umbrella of the Marriott brand. But in reading the other reviews, maybe I dodged a bullet of an actual stay.
I read the reviews. It seemed like the people who had their reservations cancelled were all part of the same wedding party. So since this place had what we needed (three bedrooms) I booked, thinking that the cancellation was a fluke. Well lo and behold that they also cancelled on us just a few hours before our stay. Do not give this place any business. I booked after reading reviews of last minute cancellations, thinking it wouldn't happen to me. But it did. 5 hours before check-in time. Surprised Marriott is associating their name to this type of terrible customer experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PROPERTY!
