I booked a balcony room at Sonder The O’Connor and paid extra for that specific feature—only to arrive and find the balcony locked. The balcony was clearly shown in the photos and central to why we chose this unit. I reached out to Sonder support and was told someone would come assist. No one ever showed up. We unfortunately had an emergency and had to cancel at the last minute. We advised the Front desk and they said no problem and we could have a raincheck. Amazing! I really appreciate the professionalism . Beautiful accommodations and a great location.

We unfortunately had an emergency and had to cancel at the last minute. We advised the Front desk and they said no problem and we could have a raincheck. We later received a message saying they must stand by the cancelation policy. So we lost the full amount we paid for the room. No compromise or other solution considered.

It's ok, but we think they might have bugs there since my friend started itching a lot overnight, and she got bumps all over the next day.
