AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Arrived to my accommodation at 8pm at night to find out my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. Tried to contact the property as there is no front desk service which took half an hour for them to reply back to me on the app to then tell me they would 'refund me' and that I would have to make another booking on the app. Rebooked on the app, tried to pre-verify booking through the link for it to tell me that my reservation does not exist. I arrived later in the evening ready to relax and go to bed. But the room wasn't very clean. Handprints and beverage splatters on hard surfaces, some weird blue wax residue left around the bathroom sink, two different hair types stuck to bathtub and bathroom/ kitchen walls, handprints on walls and doors, yellow residue collecting on the ceiling and showing drip pattern stains.
