****CAUTION**** Sonder us still advertising this location and it is closing on Sept 29th. ***Update*** 2 days and still no response from Sonder. Kudos to the amazing staff at the O'Connor location. They have tried on my behalf to sort the situation. After 50 minutes on the phone with Marriot then Sonder they have advised that they will generously refund 1 night! I am now out almost $200. Could improve a bit the cleanliness - the room/bedding smelled a bit like fish, there were some stains on the bedding as well (although you could see it had been washed but just still stained), and the blinds were completely spilled with some drink.
Never Again! This is not Marriott, you will be redirected to a whole different site. Traveled for business and had to check-in, get changed and head out to meetings. Little did I know, check-in starts at 16:00 EVEN IF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. Early check-in comes with ~$45 extra and ~$10 extra for every hour earlier until 12:00 I had no choice, I read the details when they sent me the codes. Muy buen servicio, muy cordial atención en el Front Desk. Nate muy amable y presto a ayudarnos. Las habitaciones amplias y preparadas para largas estadías. Cuenta con cochera de paga. La ubicación aproximadamente 10 cuadras en línea recta al Centro Historico de la Ciudad. Zona tranquila.
