Awesome hotel, greeted by Anthony at the front desk who was very accommodating and friendly. Was super jet lagged and he managed to check me in early. Would come back alone just for the service! Room was very clean and great view. Spacious too considering this is NYC.
We had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The restaurant was also very good and the rooftop bar had the best views!
Amazing hotel, beautifully design/decorated, unbeatable location and incredible view from our room!!! Really cool indoor/outdoor rooftop bar with city views too! Staff was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating and all made sure we were happy! Shoutout to Jonathan for our early check-in and Audra for our late checkout!!! Everyone else was fantastic too and Anthony the manager for adding a note to our king room after booking. Will definitely stay here again! Photos are views from our room and the rooftop!!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. From the moment we checked in, staff were disorganized and seemed to have no recollection of our booking. Then we had to re-enter our information, leading to a lengthy check-in process. On top of it all, we get to our room and see that it hasn’t been cleaned. Immediately on walking in there is an unmade bed with a wash cloth containing what can only be described as bodily fluids. All trash cans are full, and dirty towels throughout.
