My experience was terrible — absolutely terrible. I was given a different room than the one I reserved and was not given the option to switch to the correct room. When I asked for a refund or a price adjustment since I was placed in a smaller room, I was told to contact my travel agency and sort it out myself. On top of that, the bathroom floor was dirty and not up to standard. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
The good: location, clean room The bad: AC wouldn't cool the room below 74 in the middle of July, Sink water would only run scorching hot water, room is tiny, front desk not very friendly, when I got the credit card bill, I see that the hotel charged the deposit ON TOP of the room rate!!! I had to call them when I saw my credit card bill. I'm on the phone with them as I write this review. I'm at 65 minutes and counting. The most useless and inefficient customer service. Great staff!
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, nos tocó el piso 15 y la vista es espectacular. Los empleados son muy amables, en especial David que fue muy atento y nos ayudó mucho! Quizás si tienen problemas para dormir sepan que en piso 16 hay una terraza que tiene un bar, para nosotras esto no fue un problema pero si lo llega a ser pidan una habitación en un piso más bajo
